My new diet!
Yes , I have started off on a diet. Been 4 days and have been faithful so far.
Day 1:
Monday, 9-Jan-2013
9AM
Breakfast
Shake, Afresh, Water
Condition-
Super excited, pumped up
11:00 AM
Afresh, Water, Sutta
condition-
Hmmm, this is nice
1:00 PM
Lunch
Shake with milk, water
Condition - That was it? Hmmm... Got to lose some to lose some!
3:00 PM
Rats, tummy, water, pee, afresh. You get the point
5:00 PM
Water, afresh, hungry
7:00 PM
I look at my fridge and my cupboard. All I see is chevda, biscuits, fried stuff, and egg wrap, venkies sausages, chicken nuggets. Do I not eat anything healthy?
9:00 PM
Dinner - roti sabji - damn that tastes good!
Call mum, weep, crib, etc.
Day 2: Change of plans
Breakfast - shake
11:00 AM - Afresh, sutta
1:00 PM - Lunch - food!
3:00 PM - Afresh , sutta
5:00 PM - Afresh, sutta
7:00 PM - Afresh, sutta,
9:00 PM - At the studio, out comes my shake bottle at thoughtplate studios. Jatin is busy tracking Kashmir. Heavy Metal music playing. Shake made. Gulped down.
11:00 PM - home. Water. Sleep. Better today
Day 3, Wednesday, 09-Jan-13
Same as Day 2. Add 3 oranges in the evening. Good day.
Called Bapi mama at night. He suggests replacing the 2nd shake with water+formula, instead of milk.
Lost 1.5 Kgs in 3 days! This could actually work!
Day 4 - Today, 10-Nov-13
Breakfast
Milk+shake
11:00 AM afresh, sutta
1:00 PM - Lunch - shake with water. + 1 full bottle of water.
Had the shake for lunch today as HRC tonight! Chicken steak! Woohoo!
Not bad so far.
Side effect - peeing like a horse.
Lets see how it goes!
